中国城市经济韧性的时空演化及网络结构研究

摘　　要：提高城市经济韧性是城市高质量发展的新路径和未来城市建设的新要求。文章基于识别与预防、抵抗与恢复、适应与调节、创新与转型四个维度,采用熵值法对2003—2019年中国267个城市的经济韧性进行测度,综合运用核密度估计法、收敛模型及社会网络模型,解析中国城市经济韧性的时空演化与空间关联网络结构特征。研究发现:中国城市经济韧性总体持续增强,区域间具有显著的梯级效应;中国城市经济韧性的绝对差异有所扩大,不同区域的极化特征存在显著的空间异质性;全国城市不存在σ收敛特征,而支持绝对β收敛和条件β收敛;从城市经济韧性的空间关联网络结构看,东部城市在网络中占据主导作用,而偏远城市在网络中处于边缘位置。Improving urban economic resilience is a new path for high-quality urban development and a new requirement for future urban construction.Based on the four dimensions of identification and prevention,resistance and recovery,adaptation and adjustment,innovation and transformation,this paper measures the economic resilience of 267 cities in China from 2003 to 2019 by using entropy method,and analyzes the spatio-temporal evolution and spatial correlation network structure characteristics of China′s urban economic resilience by comprehensively using the kernel density estimation method,convergence model,and social network model.It is found that the overall resilience of China′s urban economy has continued to increase,with a significant cascade effect between regions;the absolute difference of urban economic resilience in China has expanded,and the polarization characteristics of different regions have significant spatial heterogeneity;national cities do not haveσconvergence characteristics,but support absoluteβconvergence and conditionalβconvergence;from the perspective of the spatial connection network structure of urban economic resilience,eastern cities play a leading role in the network,while remote cities are at the edge of the network.
