摘　　要：2022年6月24日,美国最高法院推翻了1973年“罗诉韦德案”的判决,引起了美国和国际社会的震惊和轰动。研究者们从政治、经济、法律、社会、文化、人权、医学、宗教、伦理等多个角度讨论这一事件发生的背景、原因、影响和发展趋势,显示了这一事件的历史性、多元性和复杂性。从美国妇女运动的视角,探讨“罗诉韦德案”的发生与演变,美国妇女堕胎权的获得和丧失,以及这场斗争对国际妇女健康标准和国际妇女健康运动的影响,具有重要的现实意义。On June 24 2022,the Supreme Court of the United States overturned the judgment of the Roe v.Wade case in 1973,which caused a shock and sensation in the United States and the international community.The researchers explored the background,causes,influence and development trend of this event from the perspectives of politics,economy,law,society,culture,human rights,medicine,religion and ethics,which showed the historical,pluralistic and complex nature of this event.From the perspective of the American women’s movement,this paper discusses the occurrence and evolution of the Roe v.Wade case,the acquisition and loss of American women’s abortion rights,and the impact of this struggle on the international women’s health standards and the international women’s health movement.
