摘  要:研究不同浓度甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)、5-溴尿嘧啶(5-BU)、氨磺灵(Oryzalin)、马来酰肼(MH)处理对湘苎三号苎麻种子萌发的影响,通过分析相对发芽势、相对发芽率,得出各化学药剂的半致死浓度和处理时间,为苎麻化学诱变育种提供参考。结果表明,EMS处理2 h和48 h后,种子受到的生理损伤随剂量增加而加重,0.1%~0.4%体积百分浓度EMS处理24 h可促进苎麻种子萌发,1.0%体积百分浓度处理2 h相对致死率为51.60%,为最佳处理组合;5-BU处理浓度越高对苎麻种子萌发抑制作用越大,其中2.5%质量百分浓度处理2 h相对致死率为44.5%,为最佳处理组合;Oryzalin对苎麻种子萌发的抑制作用随处理时间的延长和药剂浓度的增加而增强,其中25 mg/L浓度处理24 h相对致死率为52.05%,为最佳处理组合;MH处理48 h后,苎麻种子萌发受到的抑制随着处理浓度升高而增大,其中0.12%质量百分浓度处理48 h相对致死率为50.82%,为最佳处理组合。This research is to explore the effects of different treatment concentration of Ethyl methyl sulfone,5-bromouracll,Oryzalin,and maleic hydrazide on seed germination of Xiangzhu NO.3 and find out the half lethal concentration and treatment time,which can provide references for chemical mutagenesis breeding of ramie.The results showed as follows:under 2 h and 48 h treatment,the physiological damage of EMS treated seeds increased with the increase of dose;under 24 h treatment,the germination potential and germination rate of ramie seeds could be improved by 0.1%-0.4% EMS,and the relative fatality was 51.60% treated by 1.0% EMS for 2 h,which was the optimal combination.The ramie seeds relative fatality rate of ramie seeds which were treated 2 h by 2.5% concentration treatment 5-BU was 44.5%,it was nearly half fatal.After treatment with Oryzalin,the germination rate of ramie seeds decreased obviously,and the inhibitory effect was enhanced with the prolonging of treatment time and the increase of reagent concentration,and the relative fatality rate of 25 mg/L Oryzalin treatment for 24 h was 52.05%.When the treatment time was 48 h,the inhibition to ramie seeds increased with the increase of MH treatment concentration,and the relative fatality of ramie seeds was 50.82% which were treated by 0.12% MH.
