摘  要:针对无线通信系统对超宽带天线小型化的设计要求,使得天线更好地集成到无线通信设备中,提出了一种具有双陷波特性的小型化超宽带MIMO天线。天线单元为裁剪的分形单极子天线,融合分形技术和裁剪技术,使天线单元尺寸减小45%;在天线单元间加载T型接地结构提高隔离度;在馈线附近加载两个不同长度的U型寄生耦合枝节,实现天线在WLAN波段和X波段的双陷波特性。实测和仿真结果表明,该MIMO天线包含两个对称放置的天线单元,整体尺寸仅为32 mm×24 mm×0.8 mm,工作带宽为3~11.5 GHz,具备5~6 GHz及7.2~8.6 GHz的双陷波特性,工作频段内隔离度高于20 dB,通过对MIMO天线的性能进行分析,该MIMO天线的包络相关系数小于0.05,且全向性较好。通过性能分析,表明所设计的天线体积较小,在超宽带工作频段内隔离度较好,具有双陷波特性,整体性能优越,可以广泛地应用于各种无线通信设备中,且具有重要的应用价值。In order to meet the design requirements of wireless communication system for the miniaturization of ultra⁃wideband(UWB)antenna and make the antenna integrated into the wireless communication equipment better,a miniaturized UWB⁃MIMO antenna with dual band⁃notched characteristics is proposed.The antenna unit is a cropped fractal monopole antenna,in which the fractal technology and cropped technology are fused to reduce the size of the antenna units by 45%.The isolation degree is strengthened by loading a T⁃type grounding structure between antenna units.Two U⁃shaped parasitic coupling branches with different lengths are loaded near the feeder to realize the antennas′dual band⁃notched characteristics in WLAN⁃band and X⁃band.The actually⁃measured and simulation results show that the MIMO antenna consists of two antenna units which are set symmetrically.Its overall size is only 32 mm×24 mm×0.8 mm,and its working bandwidth is within 3~11.5 GHz,which is of the dual band⁃notched characteristics when it is at 5~6 GHz and 7.2~8.6 GHz.Its isolation degree in the working band is higher than 20 dB.By the performance analysis of the MIMO antenna,it can be seen that its envelope correlation coefficient is less than 0.05,and its omnidirectional property is good.In addition,the designed antenna has small volume,good isolation in the UWB working band,dual band⁃notched characteristics and excellent overall performance,which can be widely used in various wireless communication equipments.Therefore,it has important application value.
