摘　　要：考虑到传统方法在捕捉异常心电多频段弱信号时存在准确率低、灵敏度低和特异性差的问题,提出一种基于融合模糊聚类算法的异常心电多频段弱信号快速捕捉方法。利用归一化处理方法,去除原始异常心电多频段弱信号的变化幅度;采用微分方程提取出电极干扰噪声的高频分量,根据电极干扰噪声高频分量的重叠阻塞,检测出异常心电多频段弱信号;根据异常心电多频段弱信号具有的形态特征,选取合适的小波基函数;利用连续小波基函数分解并重构了异常心电多频段弱信号,完成异常心电多频段弱信号的去噪处理;利用融合模糊聚类算法对输入的异常心电多频段弱信号进行聚类;结合平均采样处理聚类后的信号,通过差分相关算法将异常心电多频段弱信号捕捉过程中的损耗去除,实现异常心电多频段弱信号的捕捉。实验结果表明,文中方法可以提高异常心电多频段弱信号捕捉的准确率、灵敏度和特异性,从而提高异常心电多频段弱信号的捕捉能力。The traditional methods are of low accuracy,low sensitivity and poor specificity in capturing the multi⁃band weak signals of abnormal ECG(electrocardiograph),so an abnormal ECG multi⁃band weak signal fast capturing method based on fusion fuzzy clustering algorithm is proposed.The normalization processing method is used to remove the variation amplitude of the multi⁃band weak signals of the original abnormal ECG.The differential equation is adopted to extract the high⁃frequency components of the electrode interference noise.The multi⁃band weak signals of the abnormal ECG are detected according to the overlapping and blocking of the high⁃frequency components of the electrode interference noise.The appropriate wavelet basis function is selected according to the morphological features of the multi⁃band weak signals of the abnormal ECG.By the continuous wavelet basis function,the multi⁃band weak signals of the abnormal ECG are decomposed and reconstructed to complete the denoising processing of the signal.The input multi⁃band weak signals of the abnormal ECG are clustered by the fusion fuzzy clustering algorithm.The clustered signals are processed in combination with the average sampling.The loss in the process of capturing the multi⁃band weak signals of the abnormal ECG is removed by the differential correlation algorithm.So far,the multi⁃band weak signals of the abnormal ECG are captured.The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of capturing the multi⁃band weak signals of the abnormal ECG,so the capture ability of the proposed method is improved.
