摘  要:从耕地非粮化内涵解析出发,以非粮化行为对耕地耕作层不同影响程度为依据,将其划为即可恢复、自然恢复、工程恢复和不可恢复4类,并从理论上构建了快速城镇化地区非粮化的影响机理框架。在此基础上,选择溧阳市为案例区进行实证研究,分析溧阳市不同类型耕地非粮化程度、空间格局特征,揭示溧阳市耕地非粮化程度的影响机理,并提出治理快速城镇化地区耕地非粮化的政策建议。结果显示:①溧阳市耕地非粮化率为48.09%,即可恢复类为11.81%,自然恢复类为17.76%,工程恢复类为15.07%,不可恢复类为3.45%,耕地非粮化现象普遍存在,以自然恢复和工程恢复两类为主,具有可恢复性。②全域非粮化存在显著的空间正相关性,热点地区和冷点地区在空间分布上相对集中;不同类型非粮化冷热点的空间分布具有分异特征。③60岁以上人口比例、耕地地形、水田比例、工业规模、三处及以上宅基地比例和基本农田比例是影响溧阳市耕地非粮化程度的主要因素。该研究提出未来可通过改善耕地种植条件,鼓励以粮食生产、加工、运输和售卖等为主的工商资本下乡,防止农村旅游产业的随意扩张,坚持贯彻基本农田保护条例,落实耕地保护目标与任务等政策建议来遏制耕地非粮化行为。This study first determined four non-grain production categories based on the effect of non-grain activities on the cultivated soil layer of cultivated land.These categories included immediately recoverable,spontaneously recoverable,engineeringly recoverable,and irrecoverable.This study also constructed an influence mechanism theoretical framework for non-grain production in rapidly urbanized regions.On this basis,we selected Liyang County,a rapidly urbanized region,as the study area,and mapped and analyzed the spatial features of the four categories at the village scale.Furthermore,we identified the factors affecting the four categories of non-grain production.Finally,we put forward policy suggestions to control non-grain production on cultivated land.The results showed that:①The non-grain production rate of cultivated land in Liyang was 48.09%;immediately recoverable,spontaneously recoverable,engineeringly recoverable,and unrecoverable rates were 11.81%,17.76%,15.07%,and 3.45%,respectively.The non-grain production phenomenon on cultivated land was common,especially in the spontaneously and engineeringly recoverable categories.②There was also a significant neighborhood effect among the four categories,indicating that non-grain production activities had a stimulating effect on the surrounding operators of cultivated land.And the spatial distribution of different categories of non-grain production hot/cold spots had different characteristics among them.③The proportion of people over 60 years of age,cultivated land topography,the proportion of irrigated farmland,industrial scale,the proportion of three or more homesteads,and the proportion of prime farmland,all had stronger effects on non-grain production in Liyang.Based on these findings,we make policy suggestions for protecting cultivated land and reducing non-grain production.Such measures include improving the planting conditions of cultivated land;encouraging industrial and commercial capital focusing on grain production,processing,transportation,and sal
