摘　　要：高校院(系)党组织是党在高校发挥领导核心作用的基础,是落实基层党建工作任务的重要阵地。立足高校实际,对院(系)党组织政治核心作用发挥进行了研究,分析了目前高校院(系)党组织政治核心作用发挥的现状和存在的主要问题,并从党员、基层党支部、院(系)党组织、院(系)党政班子四个层面研究院(系)党组织围绕中心工作发挥政治核心作用的新途径和新方法,构建“点线面体”式四联动立体工作模式,确保将党的全面领导落实到院(系)治理的全过程、各领域。College(Department)Party organizations are the foundation for the Party to play a leading core role in colleges and universities,and the important positions for implementing the tasks of grassroots Party building.Based on the reality of colleges and universities,the paper conducts a study on the political core role of college(department)Party organizations,investigates the current situation of the political core role of party organizations and analyzes the existing problems,finds the new methods for displaying a political core role in the central work mainly from Party members,grassroots Party branches,college(department)Party organizations and leaders of colleges(departments),and constructs a"dot-line-surface-body"dimensional work module to ensure the overall leadership of the Party in the whole process and all fields of school governance.
