摘　　要：个案矫正作为一种先进科学的矫正模式,既是教育矫正罪犯模式的一种创新,更是社会管理模式的一种创新,在“个别化管理、精准化矫正”方面发挥了重要作用。以河北省×市×区社区矫正机构实施的青少年个案矫正项目——“彩虹计划”为例,对其开展情况进行梳理与分析,以期发现存在的问题,并提出可行性建议,从而为提高个案矫正工作质量服务,为推进法治中国建设做贡献。As an advanced and scientific correction mode,case correction is not only an innovation in the education and correction of criminals,but also an innovation in the social management mode.It plays an important role in“individualized management and accurate correction”.Taking the“Rainbow plan”,a youth case correction project implemented by community correction institutions in some District,some city,Hebei Province,as an example,this paper combs and analyzes its implementation,in order to find existing problems and put forward feasible suggestions,so as to improve the quality of case correction services and contribute to promoting the construction of China under the rule of law.
