摘 要:针对传统永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制系统中,存在转速响应慢、转矩脉动大且控制精度不高的问题,提出一种基于模糊PI的新型直接转矩控制策略。首先,将模糊控制规则融入PI控制器,替换传统直接转矩控制中转速、磁链和转矩环的PI控制器,在线调整转速、磁链和转矩环中PI控制器的两个参数。其次,采用空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)技术代替传统的开关表,进而使电动机系统的开关频率稳定。最后,通过Matlab/Simulink仿真和半实物仿真实验,进一步证明改进的直接转矩控制系统相比传统PI直接转矩控制系统,可以有效提高控制系统的控制精度和响应速度,降低电动机的转矩脉动。In the traditional direct torque control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor,there are some problems,such as slow speed response,large torque ripple and low control accuracy.Therefore,a new direct torque control strategy based on the fuzzy PI is proposed.First,the fuzzy control rules are integrated into the PI controller to replace the PI controller of speed,flux linkage and torque loop in the traditional direct torque control,and the two parameters of the PI controller in speed,flux linkage and torque loop are adjusted online.Second,space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)technology is used to replace the traditional switch table,to stabilize the switching frequency of the motor system.Finally,through Matlab/Simulink simulation and semi-physical simulation experiments,it is further proved that the improved direct torque control system in this paper can effectively improve the control accuracy and response speed of the control system and reduce the torque ripple of the motor compared with the traditional PI direct torque control system.
