袖阀管注浆施工工艺处理特殊路段路基的应用

摘　　要：五邑路扩建工程为穿越城区的公路扩建工程,沿线遍布民用建筑,工业建筑、高速铁路桥梁及现状旧桥等结构物。在扩建施工过程中,由于下穿中江高速桥路段,如果选用的软基处理施工方法不得当将会造成既有高速桥梁等结构物开裂、偏位等现象,从而影响项目的整体施工质量以及安全控制。因此该工程综合考虑安全性、施工效率、经济效益、适用的工程环境等因素,选定袖阀管注浆施工工艺处理下穿中江高速桥路段软基。Wuyi Road Expansion Project is a highway expansion project across the urban area,along which there are civil buildings,industrial buildings,high-speed railway bridges and existing old bridges.During expansion construction,inappropriate construction method of soft foundation treatment will cause cracking and offset of existing high-speed bridges and other structures,which will affect the overall construction quality and safety control of the project as the highway passes through the section of Zhongjiang High-Speed Bridge.Therefore,considering safety,construction efficiency,economic benefit and applicable engineering environment,the sleeve valve pipe grouting construction process is selected to treat the soft foundation crossing the Zhongjiang High-Speed Bridge section.
