摘  要:1号通风井衬砌采用滑模施工,可实现24h不间断作业,日均滑升速度可达2~4m;采用液压爬升技术,且钢筋绑扎、混凝土下料及振捣工序有相应的分层作业平台,减少了人力窝工和辅助材料成本投入;爬升高度按10~15cm控制,利用抹面平台及时抹面,无混凝土施工分层搭接错台具有不间断性;施工作业在固定、封闭的工作盘上进行,能有效的保证施工人工安全。The lining of No.1 ventilation shaft is constructed with sliding form,which can operate uninterrupted for 24 hours and has an average daily sliding speed of 2-4 M.With hydraulic climbing technology and corresponding layered working platform for steel bar binding,concrete blanking and vibration procedures,the labor and auxiliary material costs can be reduced.The climbing height is controlled by 10-15cm,and the plastering platform is used to cover the surface in time.The staggered stage of layered overlap in concrete construction is uninterrupted.Construction work is carried out on fixed and closed working pans,which can effectively guarantee the safety of construction workers.
