摘  要:总结、论述位于客运专线铁路安全保护范围线以内输水隧洞控制爆破技术,明确了现行的中小型断面引水隧洞全断面钻爆施工在不产生飞石情况下,震动影响范围仅500m,避免对距离工程700m处的高速公路及高速铁路造成影响,避免了投诉事件或法律纠纷的产生,有效的消除社会因素对施工的制约,从工艺试验参数确定、法务风险和施工效率等方面大大减少了施工成本投入,提高了施工效率。This paper deals with the controlled blasting technology of water conveyance tunnel within the scope of railway safety protection on passenger dedicated line.The current full-section drilling and blasting construction of medium and small section diversion tunnel has a vibration influence range of only 500m without flying stone.This avoids the impact on expressways and high-speed railways 700 m away from the project,avoids the occurrence of complaints or legal disputes,and effectively eliminates the restriction of social factors on construction.It greatly reduces construction cost investment and improves construction efficiency from the aspects of process test parameter determination,legal risk and construction efficiency.
