摘 要:在多年的配网自动化建设和应用中,云南配电自动化实用化程度依旧较低,未能完全实现线路故障自愈合,2021年,昆明大力开展自愈功能建设,新技术建设过程中存在技术路线选取、策略优化等问题,通过介绍主站自愈路线,选取符合昆明实际的自愈技术方案,实现了主站自愈在昆明的应用,包括自愈推广应用中自愈策略的持续改进、闭锁条件完善等,故障处理过程由之前的2h减少至2min以下,为各单位自愈应用提供经验。In the construction and application of distribution automation for many years,the practicability of Yunnan distribution automation is still low and the self-healing of line faults is not fully realized.In 2021,Kunming vigorously carried out self-healing function construction.During the construction of new technology,there are problems such as technical route selection and strategy optimization.By introducing self-healing route of main station,this paper selects a self-healing technical scheme which conforms to the actual situation of Kunming.It realizes the application of self-healing in Kunming,including continuous improvement of selfhealing strategy in self-healing promotion application and improvement of locking conditions.Fault handling has been reduced from the previous 2 hours to less than 2 minutes.It provides experience for self-healing applications in various units.
