摘  要:发电机在开机同期并网暂态过程中存在短暂的调相运行,通过对一起发电机逆功率保护动作事件的分析,提出了机组开机并网后延迟2min自动投入一次调频功能的方式,或通过设置有功功率大于5%P_(N)自动投入一次调频,有功小于3%P_(N)自动退出一次调频功能的判据两种方式,让参与一次调频的机组具备最优的调节能力,以解决机组并网后未带负荷前这一特殊工况下参与系统一次调频存在的隐患。Generator has short phase adjustment operation during synchronous grid-connected transient of generator.In this paper,an event of generator reverse power protection action is analyzed,and two ways are put forward,that is,to put the primary frequency regulation function into operation automatically 2 minutes after the unit is connected to the grid,or to withdraw the primary frequency regulation function automatically by setting active power greater than 5%PN and active power less than 3%PN.This enables the unit participating in primary frequency regulation to have the optimum energy-saving ability,so as to solve the hidden danger of participating in primary frequency regulation of the system under the special condition of no load before the unit is connected to the grid.
