摘  要:竖井正井施工过程中,为保证底部人员设备安全,单绳提升的吊桶、罐笼等载具须装设可靠的防坠器。因防坠器的制动绳需要张紧,常采用在井底打锚筋固定制动绳。竖井开挖过程中由于爆破影响及井底不断下降,不满足此种条件,故通常在竖井开挖完成后混凝土施工时或竖井投用后才安装防坠器,开挖过程中的吊桶、罐笼等缺少防坠落措施。通过引入安全吊盘,在对井底施工人员提供防护的同时,提升钢丝绳具备作为防坠器制动绳的条件,解决了正井施工单绳提升系统断绳保护问题,大大提高提升系统的安全系数,为竖井正井施工提供了安全保障。During the construction of the shaft,in order to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment at the bottom,reliable fall preventers must be installed for the single rope lifting buckets,cages and other vehicles.Because the brake rope of the fall preventer needs to be tensioned,anchoring bars at the bottom of the well are often used to secure the brake rope.This condition can not be met during shaft excavation due to blasting effect and continuous drop of shaft bottom.Therefore,the anti-fall device is usually installed after the completion of concrete construction after the shaft excavation or after the shaft is put into use.There is a lack of anti-fall measures for buckets and cages during the excavation process.By introducing safety tray,the lifting wire rope can be qualified as the brake rope for the fall preventer while providing protection for the bottom-hole constructors.It solves the problem of rope breaking protection of single rope hoisting system in normal shaft construction,greatly improves the safety factor of hoisting system and provides safety guarantee for normal shaft construction.
