摘 要:目的探讨常用化学消毒剂对诺卡菌属的消毒效果,为诺卡菌属的消毒策略提供依据。方法以鼻疽诺卡菌为指示菌,分别选取高效消毒剂(含氯类)、中效消毒剂(醇类)、中低效消毒剂(季铵盐类)进行载体浸泡定量杀菌试验,并以染有定量鼻疽诺卡菌的不锈钢台面为对象进行物体表面消毒模拟现场试验。结果载体浸泡定量杀菌试验结果表明,60%乙醇作用2 min、有效氯500 mg/L含氯消毒剂作用5 min、1000 mg/L季铵盐作用10 min均可完全杀灭鼻疽诺卡菌;物体表面消毒模拟现场试验中,75%乙醇作用5 min,有效氯1000 mg/L含氯消毒剂作用10 min均对鼻疽诺卡菌有完全杀灭效果,而1900 mg/L季铵盐作用20 min仍未能完全杀灭鼻疽诺卡菌。结论针对诺卡菌属选用化学消毒剂时,可优先选择醇类和含氯消毒剂;若选用季铵盐类消毒剂,则需较高的浓度和较长的作用时间。Objective To investigate the disinfection effect of common chemical disinfectants on Nocardia,and to provide a basis for the disinfection strategy of Nocardia.Methods Using Nocardia farcinica as the indicator bacteria,high-efficiency disinfectants(chlorine-containing),medium-efficiency disinfectants(alcohols),and medium-low-efficiency disinfectants(quaternary ammonium salts)were selected for carrier immersion quantitative germicidal test,and the results were obtained.Simulated field test of object surface disinfection was carried out on a stainless steel countertop contaminated with quantitative Nocardia farcinica.Results The results of carrier immersion quantitative germicidal test showed that 60%ethanol for 2 min,500 mg/L available chlorine for 5 min,and 1000 mg/L quaternary ammonium salt for 10 min could completely kill Nocardia farcinica;in the simulated field test of object surface disinfection,75%ethanol for 5 min and 1000 mg/L available chlorine for 10 min could completely kill Nocardia farcinica,while 1900 mg/L quaternary ammonium salt for 20 min still could not completely kill Nocardia farcinica.Conclusion When choosing chemical disinfectants for Nocardia,alcohols and chlorine-containing disinfectants can be preferred.If quaternary ammonium salts disinfectants are selected,higher concentrations and longer duration of treatment are required.
