摘 要:目的探讨复合过氧乙酸消毒剂对综合治疗台水路系统(DUWL)的现场消毒效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和现场消毒效果评价方法,检测复合过氧乙酸消毒剂对DUWL分离出的细菌和常见致病菌以及DUWL水路的消毒效果。结果消毒前DUWL平均含菌量为1300 cfu/mL,每多使用1 d菌落数增加约1.5倍,连续使用14 d后的菌落数是初始的103倍。DUWL分离的微生物主要是水生环境菌,本次试验未发现致病菌;200 mg/L过氧乙酸对水生环境菌作用3 min的杀灭率可达96.77%,对常见致病菌的杀灭率达100%,现场消毒后DUWL菌落数基本均未检出,菌落数即时合格率达100%。结论工作常态下,DUWL系统存在非致病性微生物污染,采用复合过氧乙酸消毒剂可有效杀灭DUWL系统中的微生物。Objective To investigate the on-site disinfection effect of compound peroxyacetic acid disinfectant on dental unit waterline(DUWL).Methods Suspension quantitative bactericidal test and on-site disinfection effect evaluation methods were used to detect the disinfection effect of compound peroxyacetic acid disinfectant on bacteria and common pathogens isolated from DUWL and DUWL waterway.Results The average bacterial content of DUWL before disinfection was 1300 cfu/mL,and the number of colonies increased by about 1.5 times for each additional day of use,and the number of colonies after 14 days of continuous use was 103 times the initial number.The microorganisms isolated from DUWL were mainly aquatic environment bacteria,and no pathogenic bacteria were found in this test;200 mg/L peracetic acid was used to act on aquatic environment bacteria for 3 min,and the killing rate could reach 96.77%,while the killing rate of common pathogenic bacteria could reach 100%.After on-site disinfection,the number of DUWL colonies was basically not detected,and the instant qualified rate of colony number reached 100%.Conclusion Under normal working conditions,the DUWL system has non-pathogenic microbial contamination,and the use of compound peroxyacetic acid disinfectant can effectively kill the microorganisms in the DUWL system.
