摘 要:目的建立牙膏类产品含菌量检测方法。方法以β-环糊精为中和剂,采用活菌计数检验方法,对市场采集的牙膏类产品样品的含菌量进行检测与评价。结果β-环糊精对牙膏类样品中的防腐抑菌剂有较好的中和作用。采用倾注培养法,检出需氧菌总数、霉菌和酵母菌总数验证试验中各菌的回收比值均在0.5~2.0范围。结论该方法适用于牙膏类样品的细菌计数检查。Objective To establish a method for the detection of bacterial content in toothpaste products.Methods Usingβ-cyclodextrin as a neutralizing agent,the bacterial content of the toothpaste product samples collected in the market was detected and evaluated by the method of counting viable bacteria.Resultsβ-cyclodextrin had a good neutralization effect on antiseptic and bacteriostatic agents in toothpaste samples.Using the pouring culture method,the recovery ratios of each bacteria in the verification test of the total number of detected aerobic bacteria and the total number of molds and yeasts were in the range of 0.5 to 2.0.Conclusion This method is suitable for bacterial count examination of toothpaste samples.
