摘　　要：目的了解住院骨肿瘤手术患者医院感染现状,为加强防控措施提供参考依据。方法通过目标性监测方法,对某医院骨外科病房住院骨肿瘤手术患者医院感染状况和经济负担进行分析。结果542例骨肿瘤手术患者中,发生医院感染43例,医院感染率为7.93%,以手术部位感染为主。骨肿瘤手术患者因医院感染所导致的直接经济负担为34226.79元/例,患者住院时间延长10.00 d/例。结论骨肿瘤手术患者医院感染发生率较高,导致患者住院时间延长,给患者及社会带来巨大经济负担,应加强目标性监测。Objective To understand the current situation of nosocomial infection in hospitalized patients undergoing bone tumor surgery,and to provide reference for strengthening prevention and control measures.Methods The nosocomial infection status and economic burden of inpatients undergoing bone tumor surgery in the orthopaedic surgery ward of a hospital was analyzed by targeted monitoring method.Results Among 542 patients undergoing bone tumor surgery,43 had nosocomial infection,and the nosocomial infection rate was 7.93%,and the most was surgical site infection.The direct economic burden caused by nosocomial infection in patients undergoing bone tumor surgery was 34226.79 yuan/case,and the hospital stay was prolonged by 10.00 days/case.Conclusion The incidence of nosocomial infection in patients undergoing bone tumor surgery is high,which leads to prolonged hospital stay and brings huge economic burden to patients and society.Targeted monitoring should be strengthened.
