摘 要:由于原料煤中硫含量的波动,制取的半水煤气中HS质量浓度超过700 mg/m^(3)(标态),造成脱碳装置制得的CO中硫含量超标,引起尿素装置生产设备出现腐蚀。在湿法脱硫装置的冷却清洗塔后、脱硫塔前增设预脱硫塔,湿法脱硫装置出口半水煤气中HS的质量浓度为102~161 mg/m^(3),变换气脱硫装置出口气体中HS的质量浓度为5.1~6.8 mg/m^(3)。增设预脱硫塔后,提高了脱硫系统脱除HS的能力,解决了硫含量超标的问题。Due to the fluctuation of sulfur content in feed coal, the mass concentration of HS in the produced semi-water gas exceeds 700 mg/m^(3)(standard state), which causes the sulfur content in COproduced by decarburization unit to exceed the standard, and causes corrosion of production equipment of urea unit. A pre-desulfurization tower is added behind the cooling and cleaning tower of the wet desulfurization unit and in front of the desulfurization tower. The mass concentration of HS in the semi-water gas at the outlet of the wet desulfurization unit is 102-161 mg/m^(3), and the mass concentration of HS in the gas at the outlet of the shift gas desulfurization unit is 5.1-6.8 mg/m^(3). With the addition of pre-desulfurization tower, the HS removal capacity of desulfurization system is improved and the problem of sulfur content exceeding the standard is solved.
