摘　　要：由于CO_(2)汽提法尿素生产装置中低压循环工段的精馏塔内部件损坏,填料层中的鲍尔环严重腐蚀,精馏塔循环加热器列管出现不同程度的堵塞,造成精馏塔压力偏高、气相管线严重带液、低压甲铵冷凝器列管发生部分结晶、高压系统的水碳比和氨碳比严重失调。针对上述问题,采取将精馏塔内部件由螺栓固定改为焊接连接,更换严重腐蚀的鲍尔环,对腐蚀较轻的鲍尔环进行高压水枪冲洗和化学清洗,在精馏塔精馏段与循环加热器之间增设滤网等措施,严格控制精馏塔的工艺参数,确保了尿素装置的稳定运行。Due to the damage to the internal components of the rectifying tower in the low-pressure circulation section of the CO_(2)stripping urea production unit, the serious corrosion of the Pall ring in the packing layer, and the blockage of the tubes of the circulation heater of the rectifying tower to varying degrees, few problems have been occurred including the high rectification tower pressure, serious liquid entrainment in the gas phase pipeline, partial crystallization of the low-pressure methylammonium condenser tube, and serious imbalance of the water-to-carbon ratio and the ammonia-to-carbon ratio of the high-pressure system. In connection with the these problems, improvement measures have been taken, such as changing the fixing of the internal components of the rectifying tower from bolting to welding, replacing the severely corroded Pall ring, performing high-pressure water gun flushing and chemical cleaning on the less corroded Pall ring, adding a filter screen between the rectification section of the rectifying tower and the circulating heater. With strictly controlling the process parameters of the rectifying tower, the stable operation of the urea unit is ensured.
