摘　　要：目的:设计并实现一款基于SpringCloud微服务的医疗耗材管理系统,解决医院医疗耗材管理效率低下、浪费严重等问题。方法:采用SpringCloud微服务架构,将医疗耗材管理系统分成系统管理、业务管理、其他管理及日志管理4个微服务模块进行开发,各项微服务开发均采用SpringBoot框架,整合Eurake、Elk、Zuul等组件,实现微服务之间接口调用与通信,并对其使用成本数据进行对比。结果:医疗耗材管理系统实现了医疗耗材从申请采购、入库、申领、使用到耗材流向全流程的闭环管理,截取2020年6-12月医院医疗耗材使用成本数据和2021年6-12月医疗耗材管理系统运行后的数据进行对比显示,2021年该系统运行后与2020年相比,医院整体医疗耗材使用成本明显降低,约为5.93%。结论:基于SpringCloud微服务的医疗耗材管理系统能够简化医疗耗材流通操作,提高医疗耗材使用效率,降低医疗耗材的使用成本,系统升级与功能拓展更为便捷。Objective: To design and realize a management system of medical consumables based on SpringCloud microservice, so as to resolve the shortcomings of low efficiency of the management for medical consumables and serious waste of medical consumables in hospital. Methods: The SpringCloud microservices-oriented architecture was adopted to divided the management system of medical consumables into four microservice modules included system management, business management, other management and log management for conducting development.The development of each microservice adopted the SpringBoot framework and integrated the Eurake, Elk., Zuul and other components to realize the call and communication of the connectors between different microservices. Results:The management system of medical consumables had realized the closed-loop management of the whole process from purchasing application, warehousing, application, use to flow direction of consumables. The comparison of the data,between the use cost of medical consumables during June and December of 2020 year and the use cost during June and December of 2021 after the management system of medical consumables was operated, indicated that the use cost of the whole medical consumables of hospital after this system was operated obviously decreased than that of 2020 year, and the decreased value was 1.4854 million CNY, which was approximately 5.93% of the cost of 2020 year.Conclusion: The management system of medical consumables based on SpringCloud microservice can simplify the circulation operation of medical consumables, and improve the use efficiency of medical consumables, and reduce the use cost of medical consumables, which system upgrade and function expansion would be more convenient.
