摘 要:目的:基于多模态识别技术构建质量追踪管理平台,探讨其在腹腔镜手术设备管理中的应用价值。方法:选取医院接治并行腹腔镜手术治疗的600例患者,按照手术设备管理模式不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组300例,对照组采用腹腔镜手术设备信息计算机录入的半信息化管理模式;观察组采用基于多模态识别技术构建质量追踪管理平台、实现腹腔镜手术设备预约领用和即时归库的全信息化管理模式。自制调研问卷对两组手术中的相关医生、护士和设备工程师进行信息化服务满意度调研,对比两组相关的设备管理效率和质量。结果:观察组术前设备调配用时、设备定位用时和故障维修用时均少于对照组,设备使用频次多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.936,t=5.482,t=2.523,t=2.790;P<0.05);观察组设备准时备件率、操作规范率和开机运行率高于对照组,器械损坏率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.438,t=2.960,t=3.001,t=5.295;P<0.05);医生、护士和设备工程师对观察组信息服务的内容实用性、操作便捷性、查询时效性、设备管理科学性和手术服务有效性满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.567,t=3.826,t=4.357,t=4.363,t=2.342;P<0.05)。结论:基于多模态识别技术的质量追踪管理平台,能够优化腹腔镜手术设备预约、领用、使用、调配及回库等环节流程,提高设备管理监控效率和周转率。Objective: To establish a quality tracking management platform based on multimodal recognition technology and explore its application value in laparoscopic surgical equipment management. Methods: A total of 600 patients underwent laparoscopic surgery in the hospital were selected and divided into control group(300 cases) and observation group(300 cases) according to different management mode of surgical equipment. The control group adopted semiinformation management mode. The observation group adopted the full information management mode, a quality tracking management platform was established based on multimodal recognition technology for realization of reserving and immediate inventory of laparoscopic surgical equipment. A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the satisfaction of the related doctors, nurses and equipment engineers in the two groups of patients with information services. The efficiency and quality of equipment management of the two groups were compared. Results:The preoperative equipment allocation time, equipment positioning time, failure maintenance time and equipment use frequency of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=3.936, t=5.482, t=2.523, t=2.790, P<0.05);the on-time spare parts rate, operating standard rate, equipment damage rate and start-up operation rate of the equipment of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=3.438, t=2.960, t=5.295, t=3.001, P<0.05);doctors, nurses and equipment engineers were more satisfied with the content practicability, operation convenience,query timeliness, scientific equipment management and surgical service effectiveness of the information service in the observation group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=2.567, t=3.826, t=4.357,t=4.363, t=2.342, P<0.05).
