摘  要:目的:设计一种用于石蜡包埋的模具收纳清洁一体化装置,并评价其实际应用效果。方法:选取医院病理科同型号的400个包埋模具,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组200个模具。观察组采用模具收纳清洁一体化装置收纳和清洁模具残蜡,对照组采用模具无序存放和集中脱水机清洁模具残蜡。200个模具依次使用完为1个包埋周期,连续3个包埋周期后,比较两组模具石蜡残留率、蜡块形状标准率和石蜡总包埋用时。结果:两组各200个模具经3个包埋周期后,观察组模具石蜡残留率为5%(30/600),明显低于对照组的52.5%(315/600),差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=123.754,P<0.05);观察组蜡块形状标准率为100%(600/600),明显高于对照组的67.5%(405/600),差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=102.801,P<0.05);观察组3个包埋周期平均用时为(51.3±3.5)min,明显少于对照组的(66.3±4.5)min。结论:石蜡包埋用模具收纳清洁一体化装置能够有效清除模具内外残留石蜡,优化模具清洁流程,且具有便捷性、可操作性和安全性,制作出的蜡块形状标准,利于后续切片,实际应用效果良好。Objective: To design an integrated device for mould storage and cleaning for paraffin embedding, and to evaluate its practical application effect. Methods: A total of 400 embedded moulds of the same model in the pathology department of the hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table,with 200 moulds in each group. The observation group adopted the integrated device of mould storage and cleaning,the control group adopted moulds disordered storage and cleaned by centralized dehydrators. 200 moulds were used in sequence for one embedding cycle. After three consecutive embedding cycles, paraffin residual rate, standard rate of wax block shape and total embedding time between the two groups were compared. Results: After three embedding cycles,the residual rate of mould paraffin in the observation group was 5%(30/600), which was significantly lower than 52.5%(315/600) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=123.754, P<0.05). The standard rate of wax block shape in the observation group was 100%(600/600), which was significantly higher than(67.5%)(405/600)in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=102.801, P<0.05). The time of three embedding cycles in observation group was(51.3±3.5) min, which was significantly shorter than(66.3 ± 4.5) min in control group.Conclusion: The integrated device for mould storage and cleaning for paraffin embedding can effectively remove the paraffin residue inside and outside the moulds and optimize the cleaning process of moulds, and had the advantages of convenience, operability and safety. The shape of the produced wax block was standard, which was conducive to subsequent slicing, and had good practical application effect.
