摘  要:能源需求量的不断加大促使大型油罐区的数量和规模逐渐变大,其发生火灾的危险性和灭火难度也越来越大。统计近年来国内外典型的油罐区火灾燃爆案例,归纳大型油罐区火灾事故特点,基于大型油罐区火灾发生和发展规律提出建立高效协同灭火作战系统、优化跨区域联合作战战术、构筑“陆—空”三维立体作战体系、优化消防力量编成调度四项火灾扑救技战术措施。The increasing demand for energy promotes the increasing number and size of crude oil storage tanks. Consequently, the danger of oil depot fire and the difficulty of firefighting are also increasing. This paper analyzes several recent cases of oil tank fires at home and abroad, summarizes the key characteristics of oil tank fires. Finally, based on the fire formation and progression patterns visible in oil tank fires in large storage tank areas, it proposes technical and tactical measures to optimize firefighting. Such measures include: establishing efficient cooperative firefighting system, optimizing the tactics of trans-regional joint operations, building a three-dimensional combat system, strengthening makeup and deployment of firefighting forces.
