摘 要:由于空调系统的设计与施工管理、空调设备的节能设计、空调系统的运行管理等方面存在种种挑战,使得空调能耗管理成为教育建筑能耗中最为重要的一部分。在当前碳达峰与碳中和的发展目标下,通过对空调系统运维、能源替换、保暖改进,以及提高工作人员管理水平和技术素质等措施,使教育建筑空调能耗得以降低,以助力社会经济可持续发展,为我国实现“双碳”目标作出贡献。Because of the challenges in air conditioning system design and construction management,energy-saving design of air conditioning equipment,and operation management of air conditioning systems,the energy consumption of air conditioning is the most important part of the energy consumption of educational buildings.This paper argues that with the aim of achieving the social and economic development in context of Carbon Peaking&Carbon Neutrality,measures should be taken to improve the operation and maintenance of air conditioning system,energy replacement,insulation improvement,and the upgrading of personnel management level and technical quality,so as to reduce the air conditioning energy consumption of education buildings,facilitate the social and economic sustainable development,and contribute to achieve the“Double Carbon Target”.
