摘 要:对建筑用能基础数据进行分析研究,是建筑节能的先期工作,也是建筑领域实现碳达峰、碳中和目标的必要手段。本文基于对公共建筑能耗监测系统与建筑逐时、分项用电监测数据的调研,获取了典型公共建筑的基本信息与用电数据,按照建筑类型与用电分项等参数进行聚类分析,得出了珠三角地区主要类型公共建筑的用电水平指标与规律特性,有助于挖掘建筑节能潜力,并推动公共建筑的能源管理与节能改造等工作。The analysis and research on the basic data of building energy consumption is not only the preliminary work of building energy conservation,but also the necessary means to achieve the goal of"Carbon Peaking”&“Carbon Neutrality"in the building field.Based on the investigation of the energy-consumption monitoring system of public buildings as well as the hourly and itemized electricity consumption monitoring data of buildings,this paper obtains the basic information and electricity consumption data of typical public buildings,performs cluster analysis according to the parameters of building types and electricity consumption items,and summarizes the electricity consumption index and features of the main public building types in the Pearl River Delta region,which helps to tap the potential of building energy conservation,and promotes the energy management and energy-saving transformation of public buildings.
