摘　　要：随着城市中高层楼宇增多,建筑幕墙也不断得到广泛应用。传统的建筑幕墙多借助室外措施进行安装,如脚手架、吊篮、升降机、环形轨道、索道吊运等。室外安装建筑幕墙,无论是从成本、工期、安全方面考虑,还是对工人操作的便捷及工作环境都有一定的局限性,工程投入使用后玻璃破损更换玻璃更费时、费力、费钱。本文以成都市某项目的幕墙设计过程为例,详细介绍了一种可在室内安装构件式明框玻璃幕墙、室内更换玻璃的设计思路及设计要点,并确定了此设计方法适用的几种情况。本文介绍的设计方法和技术细节,可为类似情况下的构件式明框幕墙设计提供参考。With the increase of high-rise buildings in cities,building curtain wall has been widely used in China.Traditional building curtain walls are mostly installed with the help of outdoor measures,such as scaffolding,hanging basket,elevator,ring track,cable way lifting,etc.The outdoor installation of building curtain wall has certain limitations in terms of cost,time limit and safety,as well as convenient operation and working environment for workers.When the glass is damaged after the project is put into use,the replacement of the glass is time-consuming,laborious and expensive.Based on the design process of a curtain wall project in Chengdu,this paper introduces in detail the design ideas and key points of a kind of component-type open-frame curtain wall that can be installed and replaced indoors.Several cases in which this design method is applicable are confirmed.The design method and technical details introduced in this paper can provide reference for the design of component-type open-frame curtain wall under similar circumstances.
