《兰室秘藏》治疗脾胃病用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:对《兰室秘藏》治疗脾胃病的用药规律进行分析。方法:系统整理《兰室秘藏》中治疗脾胃病的相关方剂,运用中医传承辅助平台分析药物的使用频次、四气、五味、归经,采用关联规则、改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类等方法分析药物组合频次、关联度、药物核心组合及新方组合。结果:共纳入方剂60首,中药95味。使用频次排前10位的药物依次为陈皮、当归、升麻、炙甘草、柴胡、半夏、人参、白术、黄芪、神曲;药性多属温、寒、平,药味多为辛、苦、甘,归经以脾、胃、肺、肝、心经为主。药物组合频次排前3位的依次是当归-升麻、升麻-柴胡、当归-柴胡;药物组合关联度排前3位的依次是当归-白芍、熟地黄-生姜、当归-大黄;药物核心组合排前3位的依次是青皮-神曲-泽泻、半夏-神曲-草豆蔻、陈皮-人参-熟地黄。得到新处方4首:青皮-神曲-泽泻-茯苓-熟地黄、半夏-神曲-草豆蔻-茯苓-熟地黄、陈皮-人参-熟地黄-火麻仁、柴胡-当归-枳实-黄芪-草豆蔻。结论:《兰室秘藏》治疗脾胃病强调补益元气、升发脾阳,辨证以脏腑辨证为主,治以脾胃为关键,兼顾其他脏腑,用药以辛温升阳、分经论治为主。Objective:To investigate the medication rule of the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases in Secret Book of Orchid Chamber.Methods:The prescriptions for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases in Secret Book of Orchid Chamber were collected and entered into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System to analyze the drugs in terms of frequency of use,four properties and five tastes,and meridian entry.The methods including association rule analysis,improved mutual information,and complex system entropy clustering were used to analyze the frequency of drug combinations,degree of association,core drug combinations,and new prescriptions.Results:A total of 60 prescriptions were included,involving 95 traditional Chinese medicine drugs in total.The top 10 drugs in terms of frequency were tangerine peel,Angelica sinensis,Rhizoma Cimicifugae,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata,Bupleurum chinense,Pinellia ternata,Panax ginseng,Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.,Astragalus membranaceus,and medicated leaven.Most drugs had a warm,cold or neutral nature and a pungent,bitter or sweet taste and mainly entered the spleen,stomach,lung,liver,and heart meridians.The top three drug combinations in terms of frequency were Angelica sinensis-Rhizoma Cimicifugae,Rhizoma Cimicifugae-Bupleurum chinense,and Angelica sinensis-Bupleurum chinense;the top three drug combinations in terms of the degree of association were Angelica sinensis-white peony root,prepared Radix Rehmanniae-ginger,and Angelica sinensis-Rheum officinale;the top three core drug combinations were Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride-medicated leaven-Alisma orientalis,Pinellia ternate-medicated leaven-Katsumade Galangal Seed,and tangerine peel-Panax ginseng-prepared Radix Rehmanniae.Four new prescriptions were obtained,i.e.,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride-medicated leaven-Alisma orientalis-Poria cocos-prepared Radix Rehmanniae,Pinellia ternate-medicated leaven-Katsumade Galangal Seed-Poria cocos-prepared Radix Rehmanniae,tangerine peel-Panax ginseng-prepar
