摘　　要：重大安保任务中,视频通信系统可将各级指挥机构、指挥员和任务现场高效连接,满足现场实况信息快速传输和多点感知的需求,实现远程可视化指挥和各基层分队协作配合的目标,保证了上级高效统一指挥和任务指令快速精准下达,为安保任务顺利完成提供了坚实基础。为进一步提升重大安保任务中视频通信保障水平,本文针对视频通信系统的作用及重大安保任务特点,阐明了视频通信保障举措,并从工作难点、保障要点、易发故障及处置等方面着重分析了视频通信保障工作方法,以期为类似任务中视频通信保障工作提供参考。In significant security tasks,the video communication system can efficiently connect command institutions,commanders and task sites at all levels.It can meet the needs of rapid transmission and multi-point perception of on-site live information.It can achieve the goal of remote visual command and cooperation of grassroots units.It can ensure the efficient and unified command of the superior,and make task instructions issued rapidly and precisely.It provides a solid foundation for the successful completion of security tasks.In order to further improve the level of video communication system support in major security tasks,this paper clarifies the video communication system support measures for the role of video communication systems and the characteristics of major security tasks,and analyzes the video communication system support work methods from the aspects of work difficulties,focal points,easy-happened failures and disposal,provides reference for video communication system support work in similar tasks.
