摘　　要：目的通过对怀柔区存在职业有害因素的企业进行职业卫生管理状况调查,掌握怀柔区企业职业卫生管理的基本情况和存在的主要问题,为政府制定相关职业卫生政策提供依据。方法对北京市怀柔区存在职业有害因素的企业进行问卷调查,内容包括建立职业卫生管理责任制、职业卫生机构和人员配置情况、职业卫生教育和培训情况、职业卫生相关操作规程和应急救援。结果怀柔区存在职业有害因素的企业297家,内资企业占90.2%,中小型企业占99.0%。责任制制定的达标率为91.6%,职业卫生管理机构和人员情况平均达标率为85.1%,职业卫生教育和培训的平均达标率为57.1%,职业卫生操作规程和应急救援情况平均达标率为89.1%,管理制度制定平均达标率为87.9%;教育和培训项目中的上一年度职业卫生培训人员达标率为22.8%。结论怀柔区企业职业卫生管理需要进一步完善,职业卫生培训率低,需要不断加强。Objective By surveying the status quo of the occupational health management for enterprises of Huairou district,master the basic situation and the main problems of the enterprises occupational health management of Huairou district,to provide the basis for the government formulating policies of occupational health.Methods Conducted a questionnaire survey on enterprises with occupational hazards,content included occupational health management accountability,occupational health agencies and staffing,occupational health education and training,occupational health-related operating procedures and emergency rescue.Results There were 297 enterprises with occupational hazards in Huairou district,domestic-funded enterprises accounted for 90.2%,small and medium-sized enterprises accounted for 99.0%,responsibility system compliance rate was 91.6%,the average compliance rate of occupational health agencies and staffing,occupational health education and training,occupational health procedures and emergency rescue,developing the management system were 85.1%,57.1%,89.1%and 87.9%.The compliance rate of the previous year occupational health trainers of education and training programs was 22.8%.Conclusion The occupational health management of Huairou district needs to be improved,and the occupational health training needs to continue to be strengthened for its very low compliance rate.
