摘　　要：目的探讨淋巴瘤分期及疗效评价中18 F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(18F-2-fluro-D-deoxy-glucose,18 F-FDG)正电子发射计算机断层显像(positron emission computed tomography,PET-CT)检查的价值。方法回顾性选取2019年9月—2021年7月赤峰市医院淋巴瘤患者224例(544个病灶),均接受18F-FDG PET-CT检查。结果224例淋巴瘤患者治疗后的分期Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期比例均高于治疗前,Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期比例均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。霍奇金淋巴瘤患者治疗后的病情正常率低于非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者,改善率、进展/复发率均高于非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而病情改善、进展/复发患者的SUVmax均低于非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。224例淋巴瘤患者治疗后同一部位ROI区SUVmax值低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论淋巴瘤分期及疗效评价中18F-FDG PET-CT检查的价值高。Objective To explore the value of 18 F-2-fluro-D-deoxyglucose(18F-FDG)positron emission computed tomography(PETCT)in lymphoma staging and therapeutic evaluation.Methods From September 2019 to July 2021,a total of 224 patients with lymphoma(544 lesions)in Chifeng Hospital were retrospectively selected and examined by 18F-FDG PET-CT.Results After treatment,the proportion of stageⅠandⅡin 224 patients with lymphoma was higher than before treatment,while the proportion of stageⅢandⅣwas lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the normality rate of patients with Hodgkin’s lymphoma was lower than that of patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma,and the improvement rate and progression/recurrence rate were higher than those of patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the SUVmax of patients with improvement,progression/recurrence were lower than that of patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SUVmax value of the same ROI area in the 224 lymphoma patients after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 18F-FDG PET-CT is of high value in lymphoma staging and therapeutic evaluation.
