摘　　要：目的探讨软聚硅酮泡沫敷料联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏预防阿扎胞苷皮下注射部位产生不良反应的作用。方法以厦门大学附属第一医院2020年4月—2021年4月收治的经过阿扎胞苷注射且出现不良反应的患者为研究对象,共64例,依照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组予软聚硅酮泡沫敷料贴敷治疗,观察组在此基础上增用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏,连续干预7 d,比较干预前后两组患者给药部位红斑、瘙痒、硬结、水疱的不良反应发生率的变化;比较患者瘀斑大小、疼痛程度、依从性、周换药所需时间及对护理的满意程度的差异。结果干预后,观察组给药部位的红斑、瘙痒的不良发应发生率低于对照组、瘀斑大小小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组给药部位硬结、水疱发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组干预后给药部位疼痛程度为无痛的例数高于对照组,中度疼痛例数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的周换药所需时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的依从性、对护理的满意程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论软聚硅酮泡沫敷料联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏对预防阿扎胞苷皮下注射部位的不良反应有积极作用,能有效缓解患者皮下出血的并发症,能改善患者依从性,提高对护理的满意程度,有临床推广意义。Objective To explore the effects of soft silicone foam dressing combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream on preventing adverse reactions at the subcutaneous injection site of azacitidine.Methods A total of 64 patients with adverse reactions after azacitidine injection treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University between September 2020 and September 2021were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given soft silicone foam dressing application therapy,while the observation group was additionally treated with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream,and both groups were continuously treated for 7 d.The incidence rates of adverse reactions such as erythema,itching,induration and blisters at the administration site were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.The differences in ecchymosis size,pain degree,compliance,time required for weekly dressing change and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results After intervention,the incidence rates of adverse reactions of erythema and itching at the administration site in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the size of ecchymosis was smaller than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the incidence rates of induration and blisters at the administration site between the two groups(P>0.05).The number of cases with no pain at the administration site in the observation group was more than that in the control group while the number of cases with moderate pain was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time required for weekly dressing change in the observation group was shorter compared with that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance and nursing satisfaction o
