住院患者防跌倒知识掌握现状调查分析与对策

摘　　要：目的通过调查分析住院患者对防跌倒知识的掌握情况,提出改进对策,提高住院患者对防跌倒相关知识的认知水平,减少住院患者跌倒的发生。方法2020年11月—2021年2月采用北京中医药大学李景设计的住院老年患者参与跌倒预防知信行量表,对319例老年住院患者进行预防跌倒知识掌握情况调查,并进行统计分析,了解认知现状并提出改进措施。结果住院患者对于预防跌倒知识和预防跌倒行为得分均较低,平均得分分别为(46.97±4.57)分和(35.97±3.44)分;患者的性别、文化程度、是否有跌倒史、职业、是否使用易引起跌倒的药物对预防跌倒知识和预防跌倒行为的认知度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理人员应根据患者的自身情况,加强对患者和家属进行防跌倒相关知识的健康教育和行为指导,提高住院患者对防跌倒知识的认知水平,增强跌倒防范行为,为减少跌倒的发生。Objective Through the investigation and analysis of the inpatients’mastery of fall prevention knowledge,improvement countermeasures are proposed to improve the inpatients’cognition level of fall prevention related knowledge and reduce the occurrence of falls in inpatients.Methods From November 2020 to February 2021,a total of 319 elderly hospitalized patients were surveyed on their knowledge of falls prevention by using the fall prevention knowledge,attitude and action scale designed by Li Jing from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.And carried out statistical analysis to understand the current situation of cognition and propose improvement measures.Results The score of inpatients’awareness of fall prevention knowledge and fall prevention behavior were low,with an average score of(46.97±4.57)points and(35.97±3.44)points,respectively.The gender,education level,history of falls,occupation,and use of drugs that could easily cause falls were significantly different in the knowledge and behavior of falls prevention(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing staff should strengthen the health education and behavioral guidance for patients and their families about the knowledge of fall prevention according to the patient’s own situation,improve the cognitive level of the inpatients’knowledge of fall prevention,and enhance the fall prevention behavior,in order to reduce the occurrence of falls.
