摘　　要：“银发浪潮”是对中国老龄化问题的描述。家庭养老功能日趋削弱,政府的财力有限,人口老龄化日趋严重,机构养老问题存在不足,社会经济的发展,社区的老年公寓已成为城市养老服务最好的载体,这也导致社区服务成为老年人安度晚年的一个重要问题。部分老年公寓盲目追求设施豪华,规模宏大,忽略了老年人的养老需要,特别是在老年人居住空间的精细化、适老化设计等领域。我国的老年公寓市场还处在摸索阶段,许多发展商并没有形成明确的概念。所以,必须设计出符合老年人的适居性空间,满足老年人适老化的居住需求。The “silver wave” is a description of China’s aging problem. The function of family pension is increasingly weakened, the government’s financial resources are limited, the aging of the population is increasingly serious, and the institutional pension problems are insufficient. With the development of social economy, the community apartment for the elderly has become the best carrier of urban pension services, which also leads to community services becoming an important issue for the elderly to live peacefully in their old age. Some apartments for the elderly blindly pursue luxurious facilities and large scale, ignoring the needs of the elderly, especially in the fields of refined living space and age-appropriate design for the elderly. The market of elderly apartments in China is still in the exploratory stage, and many developers have not formed a clear concept. Therefore, it is necessary to design a suitable living space for the elderly to meet their living needs for aging.
