摘 要:水利枢纽地下厂房高压电缆竖井井内混凝土结构主要为梁板结构,具有孔洞多、层数多、现场施工难度大、安全问题突出等特点,一般采取自下而上逐层施工的方案,但在遇节点工期目标调整等情况需要进行方案优化以缩短工期。笔者以某水利枢纽地下厂房高压电缆竖井施工为例,通过采取设置安全隔离平台的特别措施增开工作面来优化施工方案,通过力学计算进行脚手架安全校核和边墙稳定性分析,并提出施工控制措施。该项目通过方案优化最终按期完成关键节点目标,赢得了业主的高度认可,可为类似工程提供借鉴。The concrete structure in the high voltage cable shaft of the underground powerhouse of the water conservancy project is mainly beam-slab structure,which has the characteristics of many holes,many layers,difficult on-site construction,and prominent safety problems.Generally,the construction scheme is adopted layer by layer from bottom to top.However,in case of node duration target adjustment,the scheme needs to be optimized to shorten the construction period.Taking the construction of the high voltage cable shaft in underground powerhouse of a water conservancy project as an example,the author optimizes the construction plan by taking special measures to set up a safety isolation platform to increase the working face,checks the scaffold safety and analyzes the stability of the side wall through mechanical calculation,and puts forward construction control measures.Through scheme optimization,the project finally completed the key node objectives on schedule,which was highly recognized by the owner,and can provide a reference for similar projects.
