摘 要:钢筋混凝土井室作为给排水地下管网的重要组成部分被广泛使用。由于施工时混凝土振捣不密实、套管与管网连接部位结合不紧密,完工后经常发生渗漏现象。为快速、高效、经济地完成地下井室渗漏封堵,实现其使用功能,笔者结合广东石化炼化一体化项目炼油区第二循环水场给排水工程实例,针对井室渗漏的不同情况,分析了渗漏原因,从施工工艺、材料选择、检验标准等方面探讨渗漏处理措施。通过选择合适的封堵方法,高效地完成井室渗漏封堵,方便运维人员维护检修管线,保护仪表、阀门的正常使用。As an important part of underground water supply and drainage pipe network,reinforced concrete well chamber is widely used.As the concrete is not vibrated compactly during construction,and the connection between casing and pipe network is not closely connected,leakage often occurs after completion.In order to quickly,efficiently and economically complete the sealing of the leakage of the underground well chamber and realize its use function,the author analyzes the causes of the leakage according to the different conditions of the well chamber leakage,and discusses the leakage treatment measures from the aspects of construction technology,material selection,inspection standards,etc.,in combination with the example of the water supply and drainage engineering example of the second circulating water field in the oil refining area of Guangdong Petrochemical Refining and Chemical Integration Project.By selecting appropriate plugging methods,the well chamber leakage plugging can be completed efficiently to facilitate the operation and maintenance personnel to maintain and repair the pipeline and protect the normal use of instruments and valves.
