摘　　要：开放科学背景下科研活动愈发密集,科学数据管理愈发重要,传统机构知识库立足于数据仓储的基本功能,正在逐渐向科学数据管理和知识增值服务拓展。本文在调研面向科学数据管理的国内外机构知识库建设现状的基础上,论述其建设的关键技术,并以西北工业大学机构知识库服务实践为例,提出面向科学数据管理的机构知识库建设与发展的建议:优化管理政策、制定科学数据管理规范、嵌入科学数据生命周期、组建专业科学数据管理团队以及加强平台间互联合作。Under the background of open science,scientific activities are becoming more intensive,and research data management is becoming more and more important.Based on the basic functions of data warehousing,traditional institutional repositories is gradually expanding to research data management and knowledge value-added services.Based on the investigation and discussion of the current development situation of the construction of institutional repositories at home and abroad,key technologies are discussed,taking the construction practice of Knowledge Management System in Northwestern Polytechnical University as an example,the service framework of institutional repositories for research data management is constructed,and finally suggestions of the institutional repositories construction for research data management is proposed:optimizing management policies,formulating research data management norms,embedding research data life cycle,building professional research data management teams,and strengthening the interconnection and cooperation between platforms.
