摘 要:针对现有爆炸完全性试验判据量化表征不足,无法满足不同种类、不同药量传爆序列爆炸完全性判断需要的问题,提出基于起爆时间的传爆序列爆炸完全性判断方法。该方法利用临界起爆压力对应的爆轰波速度计算导爆管、传爆管临界起爆时间,测试起爆时间小于临界起爆时间则判定爆炸完全,否则判定爆炸不完全。验证结果表明,起爆时间法判断结果与试验结果一致,通过起爆时间能够定量判断传爆序列爆炸完全性。Aiming at the lake of quantitative characterization of the existing explosion completeness test criteria,which can not meet the needs of explosion completeness judgment of different types and different charge explosive train,a judgment method of explosion completeness of high explosive train based on the initiation time was proposed.The method used the detonation wave velocity corresponding to the critical initiation pressure to calculate the critical initiation time of leader and booster,if the test time was less than the critical initiation time,it was judged that the explosion was complete,otherwise it was judged that the explosion is incomplete.Verification results showed that,the judgment result of initiation time method was consistent with the test result,the initiation time could be used to quantitatively judge the explosion completeness of the explosive train.
