摘 要:针对太赫兹探测仪工作频段数多,工作频段互有重叠,且对空间包络限制要求严格,提出一种准光学馈电网络系统优化方法,该方法可以在有限的空间包络内实现太赫兹探测多频段、多极化探测要求。基于GRASP软件设计了一套118~664 GHz九频段双极化准光学馈电网。采用平面折返镜实现了双层设计,有效地控制了系统结构包络,通过极化栅网和频率选择表面进行通道分离,解决工作频段重叠问题。对通道指标进行仿真分析,并采用平面近场方法进行了准光馈电网络118和183 GHz通道辐射性能测试,仿真和测试结果满足太赫兹探测仪多频段、多极化探测的指标要求。The terahertz detector has many working frequency bands,which overlap with each other,and the space envelope of detector is strictly limited.A quasi-optical feeding network system optimization method was proposed to realize the multi-band and double polarization detection requirements of terahertz detection in limited space.A 118~664 GHz nine-bands double polarization quasi-optical feed network was designed by GRASP software.The double-layer design was realized by using plane mirrors,which effectively controlled the envelope of the system structure,and separated the channels through the polarization grid and the frequency selective surface to solve the problem of overlapping operating frequency bands.The channel indicators were simulated and analyzed,and the 118 GHz and 183 GHz channel radiation performance tests were carried out by using the planar near-field method.The simulation and test results met the terahertz detector requirements about multi-frequency band and multi polarization.
