摘 要:当前,新技术、气候变化和全球化给航运业发展和碳排放问题带来新的挑战,实现绿色、低碳与可持续发展已成为船舶航运业发展的必然趋势。在此背景下,以新技术、新能源为基础、具有显著生态效益的绿色船舶得到了广泛关注。本文通过分析绿色生态船舶内涵和评价指标体系,结合国内外绿色生态船舶标准现状,研究提出了我国绿色生态船舶标准体系建设思路和发展需求,为推动我国绿色生态船舶发展提供了技术支撑。At present, new technologies, climate change and globalization bring new challenges to the development of the shipping industry and carbon emission issues. Achieving green, low-carbon and sustainable development has become an inevitable trend in the development of the ship shipping industry. In this context, green ships with signifi cant ecological benefits based on new technology and new energy have gained wide attention. By analyzing the connotation and evaluation index system of green ecological ships, and combining the current situation of green ecological ship standards at home and abroad, the paper researches and proposes the ideas and development needs of establishing China’s green ecological ship standards system, which provides technical support for promoting the development of green ecological ships.
