摘　　要：为研制《废旧电器电子产品逆向物流信息追溯管理规范》标准,本文梳理了废旧电器电子产品回收处理现状,提出废旧电器电子产品逆向物流信息追溯管理目标。调研了循环经济、追溯管理、逆向物流等关联标准现状,研究了废旧电器电子、逆向物流及信息追溯基本概念解析及关键技术问题,提出了所研制标准的关键技术内容和指标。To develop the specifi cations for the management of reverse logistics information traceability of used and waste electrical and electronic products, the paper describes the current status of product recycling and treatment, and clarifi es the goal of traceability management. It also conducts investigation into the relevant standards in the fi elds of circular economy, traceability management, reverse logistics, etc., and on the basis of conceptual and technical analysis of used and waste electrical and electronic products, reverse logistics and information traceability, puts forward the major technical contents and indexes in the standard.
