摘  要:本文就门、窗用未增塑聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)型材(以下简称PVC-U)拉伸屈服应力的概念加以解释,建立了检测数学模型、分析了检测过程测量不确定度的主要来源,对影响检测结果的各分量标准不确定度进行了评定,得出了本实验室PVC-U拉伸屈服应力检测的不确定度。同时,对检测实验室评定标准不确定的相关问题进行了讨论。旨在为检验检测机构评定材料物理性能测量不确定度提供参考和借鉴。In this paper, the concept of tensile yield stress of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride(PVC-U) materials for doors and windows is explained, the testing mathematical model is established, the main sources of measurement uncertainty in the testing process are analyzed, and the standard uncertainty of each component affecting the testing results is evaluated. The uncertainty of PVC-U tensile yield stress test was obtained in laboratory. At the same time, the problems related to the uncertainty of laboratory evaluation standards are discussed. The aim is to provide reference for inspection and testing institutions to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of material’s physical properties.
