摘  要:针对螺压改性双基推进剂制备过程的关键工序——压延,综述了影响压延塑化质量的因素、塑化质量的评价方法以及压延过程中存在的安全风险和采取的安全措施;压延塑化质量主要受到NC结构和性质、固体添加组分以及压延装置结构和工艺条件的影响;差示扫描量热(DSC)法常用于定量分析推进剂物料塑化程度;推进剂物料中的硬性杂质在压延过程使得物料局部出现的“热点”、物料中水分受热产生气泡的绝热压缩以及不适当的工艺参数等是燃爆风险的根源。对压延过程质量和安全控制技术发展方向进行了预测,指出红外光谱和超声波在线检测技术有望实现推进剂压延塑化效果的在线检测,远红外测温、在线连续测压和气体检测技术有望实现推进剂压延过程安全的在线检测,进而实现螺压改性双基推进剂压延过程质量及安全控制。附参考文献87篇。Aiming at the key process of screwed modified double-base propellant preparation process——calendering,the factors affecting the quality of calendering plasticization,the evaluation method of plasticizing quality,and safety risks and control measurements to be taken in the calendering process are summerized.The quality of calendering plasticization is mainly influenced by the structure and properties of NC,solid addition components as well as the structure of the calendering device and process conditions.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)method is often used to quantitatively analyze the plasticizing quality of propellant materials.Hard impurities in the propellant materials are squeezed to form local"hot spots"in the calendering process,the adiabatic compression of bubbles generated by molecules of water in propellant that have not been removed,and inappropriate process parameters are possible factors that lead to explosion accidents.The quality of the calendering process and the development direction of safety control technology are predicted,and it indicates that infrared spectroscopy and ultrasonic online detection technology are promising to realize online detection of propellant plasticization quality.Far infrared temperature measurement,online continuous pressure measurement and gas detection technology are hopeful to fulfill safe online detection of propellant calendering process,and the quality and safety control of the screwed modified double-base propellant calendering process can be realized.87 references are attached.
