摘 要:为研究内相粒径对现场混装乳化炸药热感度的影响,制备了5种含不同粒径的现场混装乳化炸药基质,使用光学电子显微镜和激光粒度仪对不同转速下制备的现场混装乳化炸药基质试样的微观结构和粒径进行了观察和测试,使用爆发点测定仪测试各组炸药试样的爆发点并计算其活化能。结果表明,随着现场混装乳化炸药试样的内相粒径由13.13μm减小至3.97μm,其5s延滞期由9.96s降至3.13s,爆发点温度降低35.13K,反应活化能降低29.00kJ/mol;炸药爆炸所需外界激发能量随内相粒径降低而降低,热感度上升,热安定性下降,在实际生产中应合理控制炸药内相粒径大小,以确保其安全生产和稳定使用、满足其爆炸性能和安定性的平衡关系。To study the effect of internal phase particle size on the thermal sensitivity of the on-site mixed emulsion explosive,matrix samples with five different particle sizes were prepared on-site.Laser particle size analyzer and optical electron microscope were used to measure the particle sizes and microstructures of matrix samples prepared at different rotational speeds.The 5 s explosion temperature was measured and the activation energy was calculated.The results show that with the decrease of internal phase particle size from 13.13μm to 3.97μm,the 5 s delay time decreases from 9.96 s to 3.13 s,the explosion temperature decreases by 35.13 K,and the reaction activation energy decreases by 29.00 kJ/mol.As the internal particle size decreases,the external excitation energy required for the explosion decreases,the thermal sensitivity increases,and the thermal stability decreases.In the actual production,the particle size of the internal phase of the explosive should be reasonably controlled to ensure its safe production and stable use to meet the balance between its explosive performance and stability.
