摘  要:宿迁京东智慧城超高层办公楼结构高度156.5m,具有扭转不规则、楼板不连续、塔楼偏置等不规则项,采用钢管混凝土框架-加劲钢板墙与黏滞阻尼墙组合核心筒结构体系。核心筒全高采用加劲钢板墙,大量采用黏滞阻尼墙进行消能减震。对结构进行减震分析、基于等效地震层剪力模型分析、大震弹塑性时程分析,分析结果表明:黏滞阻尼墙提供附加阻尼比,有效降低了地震作用下的结构动力响应,钢连梁发挥了塑性耗能作用,结构抗震性能满足预设目标。Super high-rise office building of Jingdong Wisdom City in Suqian City has a structural height of 156.5 m.It has irregularities such as torsional irregularities,discontinuous floor slabs,and offset towers.It adopts concrete-filled steel tubular frame-stiffened steel plate wall and viscous damping wall combined core tube structure system.The full height of the core tube adopts stiffened steel walls,and a large number of viscous damping walls are used for energy dissipation and shock absorption.The structure was subjected to vibration analysis,shear model analysis based on equivalent seismic layers,and elastic-plastic time history analysis of rare earthquakes.The analysis results show that the viscous damping wall provides additional damping ratio,which effectively reduces the dynamic response of the structure under earthquake action.The steel coupling beams play the role of plastic energy dissipation,and the seismic performance of the structure meets the preset target.
