摘　　要：目的总结新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)流行期间病房相关人员的疫情防控管理经验,为病房人员安全管理提供经验借鉴。方法成立本科室的新冠肺炎防控小组,学习疫情防控相关指南,指导制定本科室人员防控管理方案及应急预案,并进行培训考核;对患者及陪护人员自门诊-入院-住院的整个过程均实施精准防控管理措施,保障医护、患者及陪护人员诊疗环境安全。结果自2020年3月以来,我科疫情防控工作实施到位,平均年收治患者2600余例,无新冠肺炎病例及疑似病例,实现了新冠肺炎流行期间病房全体人员零感染,确保了病房人员安全。结论精准化管理病房人员出入,全面追踪病房人员轨迹,预防为主,保证了疫情期间病房正常诊疗工作的开展。Objective To summarize the experience in the epidemic prevention and control management of ward-related personnel during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic,and to provide experience for the safety management of ward-related personnel.Methods A COVID-19 prevention and control team was established in the department to learn related guidelines for epidemic prevention and control,guide the formulation of prevention and control management plans and emergency plans for the staff,and conduct training and assessment.Precise prevention and control measures were implemented for patients and their caregivers during the process from outpatient service to admission and hospitalization to ensure the safety of the diagnosis and treatment environment for medical staff,patients,and caregivers.Results Since March 2020,the epidemic prevention and control measures had been implemented in our department.More than 2600 patients on average were admitted annually,and there were no cases or suspected cases of COVID-19,thereby achieving the goal of zero infection among ward-related personnel and ensuring their safety.Conclusion Precise management of the entry and exit of ward-related personnel,comprehensive tracking of the trajectory of ward-related personnel,and implementation of preventative measures help to ensure the normal diagnosis and treatment work in wards during the epidemic.
