链霉蛋白酶联合西甲硅油在微探头超声胃镜检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨链霉蛋白酶联合西甲硅油在微探头超声胃镜(MPS)检查中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1-6月于我院消化内镜中心行MPS检查的患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例,试验组患者于检查前20 min口服链霉蛋白酶联合西甲硅油溶液(链霉蛋白酶20000 U、50 g/L碳酸氢钠30 mL、西甲硅油乳剂5 mL溶于65 mL温水),对照组患者检查前20 min口服100 mL温水,对两组患者MPS检查时胃内清洁度、视野清晰度及内镜操作时间进行比较。结果链霉蛋白酶与西甲硅油联合应用可显著提高胃内清洁度总评分和视野清晰度评分(Z=-4.924、-3.542,P<0.05),缩短MPS操作时间(t=3.563,P<0.05)。结论链霉蛋白酶联合西甲硅油能改善MPS检查时的视野清晰度,同时提高胃内清洁度、缩短超声胃镜操作时间,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application value of pronase combined with simethicone in microprobe ultrasound gastroscopy(MPS).Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent MPS examination in Center of Digestive Endoscopy in our hospital from January to June,2021,were enrolled and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the experimental group were given oral administration of the solution of pronase and simethicone(20000 U pronase,30 mL of 50 g/L sodium bicarbonate,and 5 mL of simethicone emulsion dissolved in 65 mL of warm water)at 20 min before the examination,and those in the control group were given oral administration of 100 mL warm water at 20 min before the examination.The two groups were compared in terms of gastric cleanliness,visual field clarity,and endoscopic operation time during MPS examination.Results The application of pronase combined with simethicone significantly improved the total score of gastric cleanliness and the score of visual field clarity(Z=-4.924,-3.542,P<0.05)and shortened the operation time of MPS(t=3.563,P<0.05).Conclusion Pronase combined with simethicone can improve visual field clarity,improve gastric cleanliness,and shorten the operation time of ultrasonic gastroscopy during MPS examination,and therefore,it holds promise for clinical application.
