摘　　要：促进全体人民共同富裕,是全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程上的关键任务,也是全面推进乡村振兴、促进城乡融合和区域协调发展的题中之义。作为“央—地”纵向公共治理框架下推动的地方政府间横向空间治理实践,东西部协作治理对历史性解决农村绝对贫困、全面建成小康社会、夯实共同富裕基础发挥了关键性作用。进入新阶段,既要突出新发展格局下乡村振兴自主能力培育,又要超越单一行政单元上的城乡地域空间融合逻辑、拓展跨行政单元东西部协作赋能乡村振兴的治理优势。为此,需要基于“空间—市场—价值”的经济地理逻辑,构建乡村振兴东西部协作“区域协调—市场分工—共富目标”整合框架,揭示东西部协作赋能乡村振兴的理论机理;基于类型化协作实践,拓展东西部地区“产业—链条”融合型、“人才—交流”联动型、“产品—市场”对接型、“资源—互补”开发型协作治理模式赋能乡村振兴的优势潜能;在坚持优势互补与互利互惠相统一、常规协作与特色协作相协同、整合实施与过程推进相衔接、系统规划与差异治理相结合等理念原则的基础上,以市场化协作、数字化协作、组织化协作、制度化协作等路径高质量推进共同富裕导向下的乡村全面振兴。Promoting common prosperity for all people is not only a key mission in the new journey of building a modern socialist China in an all-round way, but also an essential part of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, urban-rural integration and coordinated development among regions in the new stage. As a horizontal spatial governance practice among local governments promoted under the vertical public governance framework of "central-local", the cooperative governance model between the eastern and western regions has played a key role in historically solving absolute poverty in rural areas,building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, and consolidating the foundation for common prosperity. Entering the new stage, it is necessary to not only highlight the cultivation of independent ability of rural revitalization under the new development pattern, but also go beyond the integration logic of urban and rural regional space in a single administrative unit, and expand the governance advantages of cross-administrative unit cooperation of eastern and western regions to enable rural revitalization.Therefore, based on the economic geographical logic of "space, market and value", an integrated framework of "regional coordination, market division of labor-common prosperity goal" should be constructed to reveal the theoretical mechanism of eastern and western regional cooperation enabling rural revitalization.Based on the typed collaborative practice, it should expand the "industry-chain" integration mode, "talentexchange" linkage mode, "product-market" docking mode, and "resource-complementary" development mode in the eastern and western regions to enable the advantages and potential of rural revitalization.
