摘  要:为解决超深井下尾管遇阻、不易到位和固井漏失等问题,开展了压力平衡式尾管悬挂器性能优化和应用技术研究。针对超深井高温高压和井况复杂等特点,开展了尾管悬挂器耐高温高压技术和现场适应性评价研究,并制定了分段循环、循环解阻和固井替浆等现场应用措施。压力平衡式尾管悬挂器中途循环排量和泵压不受限制,耐温达150℃,密封能力达35 MPa;球座式胶塞在密封间隙为28.5 mm时耐压能力可达到25 MPa以上。最终形成适用于超深井的4种规格的压力平衡式尾管悬挂器和现场应用技术,在顺北、塔河、青海等油田现场应用58口井,最大应用井深达7849 m,尾管最长达3509 m。研究结果表明,压力平衡式尾管悬挂器技术能够有效解决超深井尾管下入遇阻和固井漏失等问题。研究结果可为超深井的高效开发提供技术支撑。In order to solve the problems of sticking and difficult positioning in liner running as well as leakage in cementing of ultra-deep wells,the performance optimization and application technology of pressure balanced liner hanger were studied.Based on the characteristics of high temperature,high pressure and complex well conditions in ultra-deep wells,the high-temperature and high-pressure resistance technology research and field adaptability evaluation of liner hanger were carried out,and the field application measures such as staged circulation,sticking removal by circulation and cementing slurry replacement were formulated.The mid-way circulation displacement and pump pressure of the pressure balanced liner hanger are unrestricted,the temperature resistance is 150℃,the sealing ability is 35 MPa,and the pressure resistance of the ball seat rubber plug can be more than 25 MPa when the seal clearance is 28.5 mm.Finally,four kinds of pressure balanced liner hangers and field application technologies suitable for ultra-deep wells were formed.They were applied in 58 wells in Shunbei,Tahe and Qinghai oilfields,recording the maximum well depth of 7849 m and the maximum liner length of 3509 m.The research results show that the pressure balanced liner hanger can effectively solve the problems such as sticking in liner running and cementing leakage in ultra-deep wells.The research results provide technical support for the efficient development of ultra-deep wells.
